Your adventure at Dunetrails
You know the ropes. You have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, security, and compliance, and you are ready to take on a leading role in projects and client advisory.
What you will do:
Manage and optimize complex Microsoft 365 environments with a core focus on security & compliance.
Lead projects centered around Identity & Access, Information Protection, and Threat Protection.
Configure and monitor advanced security features (Defender XDR, Conditional Access, MFA, Entra ID).
Create security designs and comprehensive documentation based on best practices.
Automate processes using PowerShell and Azure Functions.
Advise clients as a trusted advisor and mentor junior engineers.

Experience & Knowledge
5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or Microsoft 365 consultancy.
Certifications: Possessing several of these is a major asset:
- MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)
- MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator)
- SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
- SC-200 (Security Operations Analyst)
- SC-400 (Information Protection Administrator)
Strong knowledge of PowerShell, automation, and security frameworks.
Excellent communication skills and experience hosting client workshops.
Analytical, proactive, and hands-on.
