Your adventure at Dunetrails
As a Junior Managed Services Engineer, you are a key player in managing and securing Microsoft 365 environments. You will have the opportunity to grow, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact.
What you will do:
Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments with a core focus on security and compliance.
Configure and monitor features such as Conditional Access, MFA, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Resolve incidents and contribute to projects surrounding Identity & Access, Information Protection, and Threat Protection.
Document configurations and advise clients on industry best practices.
Automate processes using PowerShell and build custom scripts to optimize repetitive tasks.
Proactively support clients and collaborate closely with colleagues to deploy clear solutions quickly.

Experience & Knowledge
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or managing Microsoft 365 environments.
- Certifications: Possessing at least one of these is a major asset:
- MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)
- MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator)
- SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
- SC-200 (Security Operations Analyst)
- SC-400 (Information Protection Administrator)
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell and automation processes is a plus.
- A keen interest in security features like Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, MFA, and Microsoft Entra ID.
